SQDHub
This notice explains what personal data SQDHub collects, where it is stored, and your rights under UK GDPR. SQDHub is a grassroots football club management platform operated by SQD Sportswear.
What data we collect
SQDHub collects the following information to manage your football club:
- Parent or guardian name, email and phone number
- Player name, date of birth, age group and school year
- Player medical notes and emergency contact details, where provided
- Photo-consent preferences
- Manager and coach name, email and phone number
- Fixture, training and event details
- Payment status and payment references (we do not store card or bank account details)
Where it is stored
All data is stored securely in Supabase, a UK/EU-compliant cloud database. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. It is not shared with third parties and is only accessible to authorised users of your club.
Cookies & tracking
SQDHub uses no cookies, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking of any kind. The "Remember me" feature saves your login session locally on your device only.
Children's data
SQDHub stores limited information about players who may be under the age of 18. This data is provided by a parent or legal guardian who is the primary account holder, who consents on behalf of the child. Children do not directly create accounts in SQDHub.
How long we keep it
Data is retained for as long as the club remains an active user of SQDHub. When a parent, manager or coach is removed from a club, their personal data is removed from that club's records. Players may be archived at the end of a season and removed permanently on request.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request that inaccurate data be corrected
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to specific uses of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
